THE CALIFORNIA UNIVERSAL HEALTHCARE ACT SB 840

We will answer 40 questions in 40 minutes on the contents of Senate Bill 840, the California Universal Healthcare Act.
Who will direct the health care system? How will it be financed? Can I keep my Kaiser? How will payments be made? How will quality be improved? Who will be the watchdog for fraud/
What happens to Medicare? What happens to Medi-Cal? Can my union still negotiate for benefits? What does SB 840 cover? What doesn’t it cover?
